You can feel the magic of soaring like a bird with tandem flight when the pilot and the passenger fly together under one glider. It is simple for the passenger, just following the instructions of the pilot and being ready to move and sometimes to run a few steps during take off, and landing.
Tandem paragliding
The pilot and the passenger are hooked together with certified tandem paragliding equipment attached to the wing. The paraglider wing is spread out behind in a horseshoe shape. When the wind is right and the tandem pilot decides to take off, both the pilot and the passenger run forward together. The wing will climb overhead and when it gets fully overhead, both the pilot and passenger gain speed to take off. We never leave the ground until the wing is already flying. There is no jumping off a cliff like base jumping.

Paragliding is once in a lifetime adventure. Imagine floating in columns of rising air in the company of eagles and hawks with views of Mt Ranier, Lake Sammamish and beyond.
